I rented at JVT for 3 years and found the new management to be a positive change. Old management was never friendly and hard to get a hold of. I recently moved out due to a job transfer but left as many changes were taking place. This property used to be owned mostly by Shoreline and is now majority owned by Katz. I saw the management litterally go from happy smiley people to down right rude and grouchy. The apartments are running down. The heat never works. There are rumors some tenants had problems with mold and kitchen appliances *cough* falling down. DONT'T RENT HERE OR FROM KATZ PROPERTIES.
