Okay place to live, however, has a real dorm life feel to it. Many tenants do not care about the surrondings, leave beer bottles or garbage around, pull fire alarm at 2am etc. So if you're okay with the party atmosphere it's a good place to live. If you want quiet, look elsewhere. I rented from spring '05 through spring '07. ...
