This was a nice inconvenient place for me to attend to my classes on time. The only issue was the manager and the landlord maintenance was a sexual predator who walks into tenants apartments without notice. Also, there was a terrible plumbing system which caused floods in lower apartment complexes. It was extremely outdated without any heating or air system but it was a nice loft experience. I just didn't feel safe there and I started to see bugs when I was in the process of leaving. It was extremely close to my school and the YMCA but I had an safety issue as well as others. ...
