Cons: There apartment has VERY thing walls, you can hear the conversations of the people below you. The building is also very old and the floors constantly are creaking and it needs updating. There is one street of parking spaces, but it is for 4 apartment complexes and if you are coming home late at night it is very difficult to find a parking space. You also have to purchase a overnight parking sticker from the City. There is very little closet space, only closets in the individuals bathrooms, none in the hallway or bathroom. Pros: The rooms are very spacious and the rooms in my apartment were painted. The lobby is locked and each apartment has a patio with a locked door. The landlord is also very nice and understanding if you're rent is a few days late. I rented from summer 10 through spring 11. ...
