Check building for bedbugs

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS APARTMENT!! They will feed you B.S. saying things like, 'your apartment comes with free basic cable' only for you to find out later that there are bugs living in the cracks in the floors and there is mold throughout the whole building. The washing machines don't work, the plumbing is awful, the place smells and they won't fix anything if you have a problem. My doorknob won't turn and they won't fix it! Also, if you have a serious problem and need immediate attention or can't live in the unit anymore, they will hold the lease over your head and refuse to do anything for you. There couldn't be a worse apartment than this one. Rent anywhere but here. ...
