Terrible place for parking. Price is good. But they will fking issue you a ticket due to apartment manager's mistake, even u did rent a parking spot from them. And when you find apartment manager, she will just kick you to main office. And when you talk to main office and try to figure out what happened, that front desk lady will rudely throw you away, refuse to withdraw ticket with any excuse she can find (ticket was issued long ago etc.). Apparently the front desk lady is a chicken stuffed real life loser and was having a miserable life since she was born. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

NEVER rent from Mullins. They are terrible. Carol Mullins is losing her mind, and she will apologize on the phone to you and then never do anything. She turned our heat off at the end of April, and it is 45 degrees this morning...total crap. She is a cheap skate, and tries to get away with anything she can. We have two drug dealers living in our apartment, and incident after incident, she keeps saying it's their last warning. She just doesn't want to kick them out and lose the money. NEVER rent from Mullins!!! FIrst of all - every time you call the main office you get a different person and they are NEVER on the same page!! They always tell you something different. Clearly, they have horrible communication skills within management, which is carried down to tenants. Second of all - the people working at the office are NOT friendly! The one who sits at the front desk clearly hates her life and the lady Pam acts all smiley but is incredibly rude. It seems like everyone who works there is unhappy all the time - another clear indicator of issues within management. Most importantly - they are horrible at fixing your stuff! I have had issues from electricity to plumbing to screens missing and it took several calls (and weeks) for them to ever do anything. ...

Never Rent from them! Horrible experience! Worst Landlord in the World!Landlord and Resident manager at 215 N Frances Street will insult you! Before I moved into my apartment, it is in extremely horrible situation already. I had food for more than 1 year in the kitchen, and the room is like a construction site. (Remember to take photos for evidence). Since it is cheap, I decided to clean it by myself. However, the 1st day I moved in. I was locked out from my room with my cell phone and computer inside. It is 3am, I was standing there, not able to ask for help. The resident manager at 215 N Frances Street is definitely not in the building. And I was standing there from 3am-10am. IT IS BECAUSE THAT MANAGER GAVE ME THE WRONG RESIDENT KEY!!!!!!!!! I tried to called the main office but people their ignored me!!!!!!! So I talked to him the other morning at 10am and request an apologize. HE DID HUMMING AND IGNORED ME. So I said I will complain to higher authority and he IMMEDIATELY called the main office and asked them to talk to me. (REMEMBER TO RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION U HAVE WITH THEM, YOU ARE ABLE TO TALK TO UR LAWYER FROM THE EVIDENCE). The main office called me and told me that they ARE WILLING TO RELEASE THE LEASE. When I went to the office, the lady in the front desk already stared at me. When I talked to my friend, which they called Whisper, and said we have bad attitude. So I said, I dun think u resident manager have good attitude either, he did humming and refuse to say sorry because of his MISTAKE of GIVING ME THE WRONG KEY! AND THEY SAID" IT IS BECAUSE (name of manager) IS A HAPPY GUY . THOSE PEOPLE ARE *gasp*! When I started to release the lease, there is an EXTRA LADY which I never seen before, come out AND YELL AT ME(DON T KNOW WHERE SHE COME OUT FROM)and said I can Sleep in the other room, which my roommate refuse to live there again and locked her room too! SHE NEVER LISTENS TO WHAT I AM SAYING AND KEEP YELLING AT ME! (LUCKY THAT I RECORDED EVERYTHING) Finally THE TRUE LANDLORD still agree to release the lease but the lady in the front desk, said I need to Pay the day I lived there(WHICH IS 5 HOURS NOT INCLUDING THE TIME I WAS LOCKED OUT). And carol helped me to refuse that. Finally the things is over, and I got back my safety deposit and 1st month rent but a few suggestion 1. NEVER RENT FROM THEM 2. THEY WILL INSULT YOU WHENEVER YOU DEAL WITH THEM, BE CAREFUL, Especially those in the front desk! 3. ONLY SPEAK TO THE TRUE LANDLORD CAROL 4. Horrible Landlords. They would "loss" things like records of my rent. I subletted and they NEVER signed the sublettor on the lease, but gave them the keys and then came after me when they didn't pay rent. Carol Mullins is obviously going senile. Furthermore, I signed a lease with them for a different building and on move in day I went and picked up my keys got my stuff in my apartment and then found out someone else had rented it AFTER me but apparently THEY wrote down the wrong number apartment and so I was supposed to be in a place 1/4 the size (couldn't even fit a twin bed in the bedroom) and they weren't even going to lower the rent - they even fought till the death to keep me in the apartment. It took me walking there 6 times, threating suing and telling them I'm not moving in or paying rent. There maintenance staff NEVER does anything I went over a year in an apartment without ever getting screens on the window, forget fixing anything. They never clean the apartments before you move in (ask anyone who's lived there - yes they do say they do, but they lie, a lot)If you want to get a hold of maintenance you should walk down to the end of Lake st, thats where they hang out and quite literally ignore the calls they get over their CB for service.
