Way overpriced for what you get. Location (highlander) is average and parking is ridiculously overpriced and someone will definitely hit your car. There private apartment/houses are a lot nicer. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11.

I paid $559 for a three-bedroom apartment in The Regent. The maintenance only came after we harped on them for a week. The kitchens are from the 1960's, very small, and the stoves are slanted. Two of our burners didn't work; a LOT of problems overall. Avoid it if you can. I rented from fall '09 through spring 10. ...
