The place is going downhill FAST! Have put up with loud and rude renters, and now you have to try to sleep in an apartment that is 90 degees because they won' t turn the a/c on. Then you get ro look at a huge mud hole in front that has been there for 2 years. The landlord does absolutely nothing! They want you to pay premium rent for a well below average apartment! I rented from fall '06 through spring 11. ...
