I lived here for 2 years. I loved the Shores. My 2 bedroom came with a washer and dryer in it and it had a fireplace. All the utilities were included which was nice. I found out in Green Bay you really get what you pay for. I lived at a slummy place down the road for $400/month and had to break my lease because I felt very unsafe. But The Shores were nice because I felt secure and comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody. I rented from summer '05 through summer '07. ...
