Constant problems with this apartment. Poor Management who doesn't care about you. Maintance staff that doesn't even know how to turn the water on, on the water heater. Flooding, Fleas, no parking, unsafe (lights burned out all over) breaks in, underage parties all over I rented from fall '06 through spring '08. ...
