I was unable to put this review on google. I’m not sure why. I have been trying to find somewhere to leave a review as I think it’s so important to get this out there. 2,100$ for an apartment that is not up to date. Where the landlord and maintenance take so long to fix things. I know someone that has a broken toilet and has brought it up multiple times to have them fix it. (It’s been almost a whole year of a broken toilet). I am mostly from the Appleton area and you would not pay this much in rent and not have the amenities that are expected. The landlord also doesn’t care about tenants leaving abandoned, vehicles and someone parks a big dump truck in the lot every night. Sometimes will block people from being able to pull out easily. I will warn anyone who looks at these properties. It’s a nice location. Everyone is very nice. It’s very quiet most days but, over 2000$ for a crappy Landord and old and not update townhome? I would really reconsider staying here. Again over 2000$ for this location? No I would rather go somewhere else. ...
