The staff managing the apartments at reality one is incredibly rude. They do not return calls, maintenance is always late, and the apartments themselves are noisy. Also they charge their renters late fees but do not return their security deposits on time. At a price of $600/mont, it is definitely not worth it. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and treats you like you owe them, and are a waste of their time. Apparently they do not understand who puts butter on their bread….. I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...
