I loved living at CT! The management was very responsive and understanding and the ward is great. Parking isn't great and it's a little far from campus, but other than that, I've really enjoyed staying here! I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2017.

Living at Cinnamon Tree Apartments has been a pleasant experience. Here, I found a place like home. Honest and understandable management, fun activities, quick maintenance, fair rates and the best location ever( close to BYU Campus and surrounded by fast foods and grocery stores). I don't have any complaints besides the bathroom's size. However, the good thing is there are two bathrooms in each apt and one of them is big. So, I would highly recommend Cinnamon Tree Apartments to anyone who is looking for a cozy and affordable apartment complex in Provo. I rented from spring 2016 through summer 2017. ...

Having lived in 3 different apartment complexes, I can honestly say that this is one of the highest quality apartments you can rent, at a very reasonable rate! Comfortable rooms, a Very friendly and responsive management, and very close to BYU campus! The only downside is that parking costs extra, but living here is worth it :) I'm definitely staying. I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2017. ...

I love living at cinnamon tree! Great people, helpful management, timely maintenance. My one complaint is the short showers but if you get a shower arm extender that fixes that problem pretty easily. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017.

The place is cheapish and actually offers non-year-long contracts - imagine that, not extorting poor college kids! If you're paying for parking a car and a fall/winter contract, expect ~$325 a month. Nothing fancy, but I don't particularly care for fancy. The maintenance is good. Some people on here talk about the showers being blazing hot or freezing cold, and I understood that to mean that they were one or the other. No, the temperature fluctuates mid-shower! It could be a nuisance, but I don't think it's a big deal. Lots of activities and interaction, cool bishopric I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...

Love, love, love CT! Management is awesome, Larry the maintenance guy is honestly the best in the world! He's super quick in getting things fixed and responding to maintenance requests. The location was great, an easy 10-15 min. walk to campus, just a couple blocks from the grocery store, and close to bus routes. The rooms are decent sizes and the living rooms are fairly open and spacious. Really the only downer was that the kitchens are on the small side. Super chill, social complex and a FANTASTIC ward/bishopric. I've been here for two years and I've loved it! I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2017. ...

The management is sooooo kind. If there is a maintenance problem, it get fixed within 24 hours. By far the most relaxed apartment complex in Provo when it comes to parking. Most places, you get scared to even visit a friend because they will boot or tow you. I mean, it's nice just letting friends be able to visit. The only thing to make this place better would be a hot tub! The people in complex are super nice, humble, and very genuine. A great place to live! I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...

I love Cinnamon Tree. I have lived here twice during my time in college. It is the only apartment that I'd ever want to live at. The rate is excellent for what you receive. It is in a great location. And the ward is simply fantastic! -Troy Terry I rented from spring 2016 through winter 2017. ...

Maintenance is great! There are opportunities for social life, you pay $10 a month for parking, and a couple other monthly fees- keep that in mind when you look at the price. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017.

I love Cinnamon Tree!! Maintenance is so on top of things. I'll send in a request and he'll come in the next day, if not the same day, to fix up the apartment! There's constantly fun activities planned by the complex and they're super rad. The apartment itself is a little small, but it's homey. All the people there are really cool, and the ward is really like family! CT is the place to be. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...

I lived at Cinnamon Tree for 2 semesters this year and am disappointed. To be honest, I didn't have any terrible or great experiences there throughout the semester, except for the terrible water temperature and dirty motel like apartments. However, checking out was a NIGHTMARE. Not only did I feel like they dealt with me dishonestly, and took $70 of my deposit that they did not mention beforehand, they also made everything so hard to understand that it was impossible to pass the cleaning check. I really am disappointed with the management and their ability to listen to my concerns and help me out. That being said, this is a great location, the ward is nice, and the price is ok. So if you are willing to pay $150 of your deposit for them to do nothing, and have some bad management, crazy water temperatures, and live in some interesting smelling apartments, then this is the place for you. Cinnamon Tree is an awesome place to live! Its an extremely social, friendly ward. The management is GREAT-- super easy-going and nice to work with. My only complaint is that the internet is inconsistent and that the kitchen is small. But all the pros make up for the cons. I have absolutely loved living here!
