Are you looking for an apartment with low rent? Don't go to Cinnamon Tree! You will get extra fees every month for very stupid reasons. Paul (Property manager?) is a joke. He lies to you and is not all concerned about your safety. He treats his tenants as his scum. Don't believe anything he says to you. Do not rent from Cinnamon Tree. ...

I HIGHLY ADVISE (LISTEN TO ME) DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people are great, but the management is absolutely horrible! When we moved out, because of some complications, my brother and I were charged an entire extra months rent. We asked them to give it back and they refused. The management treated us so poorly! We had to take them to court to finally get their attention. I promise, I'm not one of those ranting lunatics that normally writes bad reviews. I'm only writing this because I feel a duty to share my experience with those considering this apartment complex. I rented from fall 2019 through winter 2020. ...

This place is NOT worth the costs. When I moved in (August 2017) my 6-person men's apartment Fall/Winter contract was $299 and that felt fair. That same contract is now advertised at $355 while NOTHING has changed. The wifi likes to cut out on the weekends or just whenever it feels like; if the card readers in the laundry room ever breaks do not expect them to get fixed promptly and invest in quarters; you will hear the helicopter from the hospital across the street very often (and it is very loud); and expect to hear every word said in the living room if you are trying to go to sleep in your bedroom. The wards are nice, though it's hard to get involved at first since there isn't always much membership turnover. I liked my ward, but I can no longer endorse the apartments themselves. I rented from fall 2017 through spring 2019. ...

Really like it here! It's so social and the management is the best. They have a ton of parties and feed us free food and give us prizes all the time! Downside is the kitchen because it's literally the width of a hallway. But other than that, it's really awesome here and the cleaning checks really aren't that bad. I rented from fall 2017 through winter 2018. ...

I love cinnamon tree! The management is amazing and fix things super fast. They are always throwing parties and activities so it's a super social place. The ward is great and super friendly and there is always enough parking. The only thing I didn't like was the small extra fees they charge you. Still a pretty good price and definitely a good place to live. I rented from summer 2016 through winter 2017. ...

Location is great! It is just a 15 min walk to campus. They have parties and other fun events. Apartments are clean and management takes care of it well. I rented from spring 2017 through fall 2017.

They nickel and dime you. Cleaning checks are inconsistently nitpicky and you pay for a bunch of things you won't even use. Plan on tacking on another 40-50 bucks to your original bill every month. Nice people who live there, cheap owners who don't replace anything. I rented from summer 2016 through winter 2017. ...

Having lived in 3 different apartment complexes, I can honestly say that this is one of the highest quality apartments you can rent, at a very reasonable rate! Comfortable rooms, a Very friendly and responsive management, and very close to BYU campus! Management is pretty friendly, and can be reasoned with :) The only downside is that parking costs extra, but living here is worth it :) I'm definitely staying. I rented from spring 2016 through winter 2017. ...

I lived in one of the 6-Bedroom rooms and loved it. The only down side is that the kitchen is a little small and the desks are tiny. I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2017.

This is one of my favorite places I've lived in Provo. The people are super nice, management is great and very accommodating, and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. I have no complaints about living here. I would recommend it to anyone :) I rented from spring 2017 through fall 2017. ...

Great place to live, very social so if you want do something, there is always something going on. My only complaint is the communications fee every month, like $16 for cable and who knows what that we never use. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2017.

You will never ever pass your final clean checks. This place used to be pretty cool, but these days, I would not recommend it. I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2017.

It's a really nice complex. It is well maintained and my experience with management has been good! It is also a really social environment! It is a little ways from campus, but it's only a 20 minute walk. I rented from winter 2017 through summer 2017.

It's alright. The people and wards are GREAT and it's really fun feeling surrounded by neighbors. Nothing beats the social aspect. Location is great - close to campus and lots of places to eat within walking distance. On the downside, I feel like it's too expensive for quality and it seems like I'm always getting random charges on my account. You end up paying about the same as you would for on-campus housing with about half the quality. Apartment wasn't very clean when we moved in. Management isn't very friendly and I feel like there isn't great communication. It's not the worst though. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...

Great management and wards, the walk is a bid tedious and i'ts not too new, but it's a solid place and I enjoyed my stay here. I rented from fall 2016 through spring 2017.

The quality of the apartments is average, they are just kind of old and cramped in the kitchen. There isn't a ton of storage space either. I was a fan of the dining room table, however. Management is always helpful, but you can feel cold air coming in through the windows, so that should definitely be fixed to help the apartments be more energy efficient. The activities are fun, and the ward is great though. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...
