CT is full of really good people. The management was always helpful. This is a really good place to live if you want to be social, because the quad is always a party. Parking is sparse at night, and the kitchens are tiny. It's old, but well kept. I really liked it. I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2016. ...

Cinnamon Tree is great! The management is helpful and friendly, and it's about a 15 minute walk to BYU campus. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016.

I really love this place! It's where I make friends with the most amazing people. It's spacious, and pretty close to BYU. I love being at the social events. The best is that the office is extremely helpful. I rented from winter 2016 through winter 2016.

I lived at Cinnamon Tree for 2 semesters this year and loved it! I always suggest this complex to my friends looking for a place to live. I really appreciated the people who live here, they were friendly and accepting. A really great environment. The price of the apartment is worth what you get, and with renovations going on it will just get better. The location is PRIME. Super close to BYU campus, right behind Arby's and McDonalds, down the street from Del Taco and Wendy's, and just around the corner from Macy's. My only complaint during my time here was the water temperature. Taking a shower is an adventure, you may come out toasted or shivering. Otherwise GREAT PLACE. I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2016. ...

Lived here for two years and loved it. It's as social as you want; there's always someone chilling in the basketball court or willing to hang out. Management rocks! They host tons of dances, movie nights, open mic nights, sports nights, and spa nights. Our maintenance guy often does repairs the same day and even got us a new dishwasher the day we sent in a repair request. Yes, it is far from campus, it is really old and it does smell old, but the ward is amazingly inclusive and the atmosphere is super friendly! Most apartments just got brand new couches, which are a definite plus! I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2016. ...

It's O.K., basically another Provo apartment. Nothing special about it, though it's definitely not up to south-of-campus norms for socializing. It's tiny in terms of parking space and space in general. The units are old, musty, and smelly, and have old, musty furniture. It's kind of falling apart, but maintenance is actually pretty good. Management is okay, and cleaning check people are bad. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

My best friend told me to live here after I got back from my mission because she had had a really great experience, but that has not been true for me. The apartment was dirty and smelly when I moved in and the management doesn't seem like they wanted to help me fix the problem. She suggested that I sell my contract instead. I rented from spring 11 through spring 11. ...

Cinnamon Tree is your average provo apartment. Nothing spectacular, but it is reasonably priced. There are some definite upsides though. The management here is great! They are super friendly and eager to make your experience a good one, and their office hours make it easy to get ahold of them for whatever you need. It is also very social! Everyone is super friendly and the complex hosts lots of activities. ...

The ward and maintenance are great they unfortunately can't compete with how bad management is. I wish I could recommend this place but the management makes it miserable. I rented from winter 11 through summer 11.

This is an affordable option close to west campus. Seriously, the rent is wonderful. Oh yes, it looks like a Florida hotel - but that means that this place draws really great, chill people. I moved here for the ward, and let me tell you, I have not been disappointed. People go out of their way to talk to you, which makes this place feels like home. There aren't cliques and people aren't catty at all. On top of it, the management is amazing! They are consistently considerate and consistently on top of maintenance requests. Our sink clogged three times this last semester (partly because we learned the lesson about potato peels and garbage disposals). Every single time Larry (our amazing maintenance guy) fixed it within the day we submitted the request. Oh, and Macey's is a 5 minute walk. Plus, you're close to actual civilization (the dollar theater, Walmart, Orem - and the mall in Orem) as opposed to being jammed in the middle of a bunch of other BYU apartments. It's not perfect - sometimes you have to go to the very back parking lot to get a space. Then again, we've never not been able to park somewhere. The kitchens are also small. That was my biggest con when I was thinking about moving in, but it hasn't been a big deal. The only time it matters is that point on Sunday when all the roommates come home and are starving, and even then it's quite manageable. The rest of the apartment is spacious, which makes up for it. I plan to live at Cinnamon Tree for the rest of my BYU experience. (By the way, I started renting here in fall 2014 - the form's options ended at 2011 for some reason . . . ) ...

I've been living here for a few months and I've really enjoyed it. What I've liked the most is the other residents; they're friendly, welcoming, and inclusive. It seems to me like there's a fairly even age spread. The apartments are pretty close to campus, and I've never minded the short 15 minute walk. The staff do a great job of communicating upcoming news in emails, flyers, etc. so I always feel like I know what is going on. It's a great place to live! ...

Very Friendly Management and really good Maintenance. The ward is great (awesome bishopric). The 6 person apartments are a little too small for six people. Maybe a little too small for 300 a month, but we made it work.
